If I could give 0 stars I would , this post office stole my package and I’ve been there 3 times in a week . This morning I was waiting 2 whole hours for the supervisor to come out and just speak to me , she never came . It took everything in me not to jump across the counter and let the black lady at the counter with the ponytail have it ! This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had

Good place to go if you expect to be treated like cattle while you wait. The staff seems to have forgotten that not only our tax dollars pay for them, but our postage fees as well. The customer doesn’t come first at this USPS location.

I have to say I had little expectations about the USPS response when I ran into an issue with my delivery. But apparently, the manager there, was spot on and solved my issue faster than a lightning. So kudos to the post office person that helped my issue.

Even when there is a horrible wait, the customer service is amazing. In regards to the wait....it's a busy area with a lot of people. The staff does their best job helping each person/ answering their questions.

Good morning I need to make an appointment for first time passport application for May 26 in the morning .what is the availability? thank you
Most U.S. Post offices would prefer you come in and set an appointment. With that said, there are select locations that allow walk ins. Call your local PO center and they can guide you to the answer on appointments and walkin centers
I've had alot of issues in the past but not with our new mail delivery driver. The people at the post office have been nice except for a woman with a British accent who is abrasive, doesn't listen well, and made it clear getting to her lunch break was more important than giving me more than 20 seconds and forcing me off to the side to wait for someone else. The other person who helped me actually apologized for her. Not sure she realizes she's a government employee which means my tax dollars are involved.
If your package has a tracking number and you have the number on hand, call your local post office that services your zip code. Ask them if they can help you track your package and that you do have the tracking number. Hope this helps.
Adult renewals are done by yourself! Follow the instructions on the form. Mail in payment, old passport and new photo. Yes an appointment is required for a first time passport, a passport that was issued more than 14 years ago or a renewal for a minor! Yes I am a passport clerk!
