Kyle, the salesman, was great. Nice young man and tried really hard. But I needed a certain amount for my trade and they were off by $500 and wouldn't budge. We walked away from a $35k used SUV deal over $500. The sales manager never even came out to talk to us. Another dealership offered me more for my trade, but I didn't like the vehicle I was thinking about purchasing... so I don't understand why Lowell CJDR wouldn't work with me.
