Front office is atrocious, lack of general courtesy when trying to schedule a simple appointment over the phone. They left such an impression, I will no longer be doing service with this location in the future.

First time appt. 06/21/19 @2:30 PM. It is 3pn and front office has not even processed my new pt forms. I asked if there was any chances for me to see the doctor before 4:00 and her response was I dont think so there's 3 more patients in the back waiting to be seen so if u want to reschedule it's ok. I mean really If people make an appointment its because we need to see the doctor, the day of the appointment. after waiting for 2 weeks really. The doctor is wonderful person but the front office 🧟‍♀️
