I hope I never have another package delivered through this service! I had important items that I needed. They put in a note stating I requested they be held at the post instead of delivered! Untrue!

No you can't. The post office does not offer notarize services. Many law office or bonding agents in the area offer that service.
Counter opens at 9am. PO boxes have 24 hour access.
If you have a tracking number go to Usps.com and enter it into the tracking number search bar.
