As a medical provider I call on a fair number of facilities in the area. Magnolia Estates is by far at the top of my list with regards to care, compassion and cleanliness. I don't know of another facility in which the residents truly are treated like family. It's also a testament anymore to find a facility that retains their staff as loyal as these fine folks are. I would not hesitate a moment to place a loved one in their care.

My Mother has been at Magnolia Estates for over 3 years and she loves it. The staff is the kindest I've ever experienced. The facility is always clean and the grounds are beautiful. The owner, Danny, takes his job very seriously. I would highly recommend!

There is no particular age; however, the typical age range we generally see is from 75-100.
Yes, small pets with up to date vaccinations are allowed in our Independent Living Villa’s. We will also allow small pet visits in our Personal Care Home.
No, we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. We are private pay; however, we can apply some forms of long term care insurance, as well as VA benefits.
No, we do not have levels of care. There is one standard rate that you pay, regardless of needing extra care in the future.
No, we are not skilled nursing. We are licensed by the State of Georgia as a Personal Care Home, along with Independent Living.
