Is this place kid /family friendly/welcoming? (IE, not filled with loud late night parties/drinking, okay for kids to be splashing and playing in the pool early in the mornings etc)

Yes it is child freindly, no late parties and load music.You may find people in the pool late but they tend to be quite.When we stayed it was very peaceful

It is a perfect place for kids. One of the reasons I love it is because it's quiet and peaceful in the morning and all day.

Yes great for kids have been taking grandchildren last 7 years. Ages 9 and 3. Quiet at night and very clean. Service is excellent. Ray
