I talked to an employee, and he said that they are under staffed and need to hire more people.
Just because not every employee can operate the saw. Sometimes there only one certified employee, and if he is on lunch or helping someone else, there's no way but wait.
Lowes has some good points and bad. The customer service needs attention, however they do have some decent products.
They don't even know where the things are! I prefer to go to HD
I don't know, that location is extra bad for some reason.
I will be going to home depot from now on.
