This place needs a new management in housekeeping department. All about favortism. When you have an assignment to get taken care of, they want you to stop with what your doing and pick up other workers slack. When it's the workers job to get the assignment taken care of then if you have enough time get the extra work taken care of.

Ralston Creek is a wonderful Assisted living/secured memory care nestled in the beautiful city of Arvada. The admission/marketing team is knowledgeable and easy to work with.

The care givers in the memory care unit are very kind and patient but very over worked. The memory care unit is constantly understaffed, which makes it extremely difficult to provide the needed stimulation attention to all of the residents. The management is uncaring, unsupportive and clearly more worried about anything other than the residents and family members. If you move out or have a relative pass away, be prepared for zero support from the management staff and borderline hostility. My experience with clearing out my mother's apartment after her death was no good and the process felt more like an eviction.
