This was probably the least organized and dirtiest of all the Lowe's we have been in. There was so much stuff in the aisles we could barely get a cart through. Forget about asking questions, we couldn't find anybody except for a couple of employees who seemed to be training on forklift operating.

Just went on a 30 minute wild goose chase trying to get help finding an item in the store. It said there were 25 items in stock at the Arvada location. When we tried to find help there were no employees to be found. We went to the contractor checkout in which the lady tried to help get us an answer but the two employees on the phone were no help. She advised to go check in one section and ask the employee there ( no employee) We went to the customer service desk to ask for help and what I assume is the manager pushed us off on an employee walking in from outside and they sent us back to the contractor checkout. This employee then pushed us off on another employee who said the item was probably just returned to them. When I replied that there were 25 in stock he said “that’s just how the website works” and offered us now further help. I’m assuming the feedback that’s being given to the Arvada team is going one in ear and out the other. Very frustrated. Guess I will just have to order the same product online for in store pickup three hours from now from the exact same store because the employees won’t take the time out of their day to help me look.

Shop literally anywhere else. It will likely come to u damaged, the company that delivers for them often no shows, and the people running the delivery department are usually rude to customers.
Lowe's is short handed. They have been trying to hire and train people but some of those people, mostly teens, don't stay on the job. These are difficult times for everyone. Perhaps you aren't taking that into consideration.
They might Have been on break but if they were they should Not Be on the floor Are they should ask Are give you help
I talked to an employee, and he said that they are under staffed and need to hire more people.
They have like one person working the front desk and the instore walk in customers take priority to phone calls. The entire store is understaffed they said so have patience and be more understanding. Also ur asking other customers.

Good question... did you contact the service desk or plumbing department? They might have a strict return policy. Call and talk to a manager. Sorry I didn't have an answer for you. Good luck
