An inspector will inspect attic areas all the way down to the foundation. Including plumbing and electrical. SWF did an awesome job. And included pictures of any problems or concerns. If you are on a septic tank you will need a different inspection for that. Good luck with your process.
I'm not sure were your buying it was the only inspection I needed. My inspector was there for most of the day and it was pretty involved.
