The roof is included with the inspection as well as the pool. What is a separate inspection are the insurance inspections. Wind Mitigation for wind insurance and a 4 Point inspection for homes older than 30 years so the insurance company knows what updates were done to the home. Bob Massanova

You know I'm sorry I'm not sure how my inspection was broken down in to categories as far as what was covered or what I paid for extra. Not sure if the roof was a separate charge but I don't believe so. Altogether I paid about $750.00. now that I think of it I did pay for wind mitigation so I'm not sure what the charges are itemized.
