Gene, you most likely won't get a specific answer like that here, you would have to call them directly. But Maxfund is a no kill shelter and I know from doing business with them twice now that most of the funds they receive go to the staff and maintenance of the building.

Yes, Max Fund is a no-kill shelter. Denver Dumb Friends League is not.
