Do the consession stand employees know why they wear those plastic gloves? They don't ever take them off or change them. Make change, handle food, scratch their neck, handle food. Same gloves. Someone needs to refresh the process.

Have you thought about mentioning it to them at the time when they are doing it ? That would probably be much more impactful .

Most of those people aren't full time food workers but they are trained on safe food conditions.
