Currently living in one of the units that has mice infestation (all units in row 36). If it's not roaches, it's mice. Despite Public Health Violations/reports, there is no concern about the safety and well being of my family. Or anyone for that matter, previous tenants had the same issues. Under management of Paula. Property Manager may or may not be Martha and Maintenance only works half a days. (Consists of 1 female who is overlooked by Martha.) Major Trash Issue! Unsupervised children, especially on the weekends, loads of lease violations amongst tenants. Dirty Units. Also get accustomed to gun shots throughout the night. Love it here! <3 :) So grateful.

I just called them they only help people with kids under the age of 18 ....I have a child who is 19 and is a full time student ....so no they don't help. Rent here is so hi that even if she worked we still wouldn't be able to afford anything.

Offer referrals to housing,food,clothes,utility help..drawback is they send you places,they do not help themselves,so without a car you are S.O.L.

They do to i ened up having by old RV to live in which needs tons work but been living here since 2014 they ended up calling us after months and by then I had already had this cause I was tired having me my son living on streets or somes floor or motels when we could afford it .its already 2022 I haven't got no were else to go so im stuck here i. Get disability for my son im fighting for disability myself I've had to spinal surgery lower spine 4yrs ago and since just keep getting injections im fighting every day just try not end up in wheel chair for rest my life
2-3 month waiting list for housing assistance. It's temporary but they also help with making contacts for permanent housing.
