Thanks for your inquiry! We rent our facility at $125/hour for non-wedding events with a $150 cleaning fee and a $200 refundable damage deposit. We can host 75 comfortably indoors and have an outdoor patio for more guests. Our curfew is 11pm as we are in a residential neighborhood. Caterers kitchen available, no cooking on sight - prepared food only. If serving alcohol we require the event insurance, security and alcohol service based on vendor pricing. Other charges may include linen rental and AV equip use fee. Baby showers and weddings have different rate fees. Let me know if you require that pricing.
