We had the most PERFECT Celebration of Life on Saturday! I had to organize things from out of state, sight unseen. I was very nervous about everything, but Christine was amazing. She wanted to meet up ahead to check the A/V stuff, which helped my stress level immensely. The venue was lovely, the bartending and on-site staff were great and the recommended caterer was delicious. It truly could not have been better. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart.

Thanks for your inquiry! We rent our facility at $125/hour for non-wedding events with a $150 cleaning fee and a $200 refundable damage deposit. We can host 75 comfortably indoors and have an outdoor patio for more guests. Our curfew is 11pm as we are in a residential neighborhood. Caterers kitchen available, no cooking on sight - prepared food only. If serving alcohol we require the event insurance, security and alcohol service based on vendor pricing. Other charges may include linen rental and AV equip use fee. Baby showers and weddings have different rate fees. Let me know if you require that pricing.
Hello thanks for reaching out to our venue. The cost for a baby shower is $450 for 4 hours which includes setup and cleanup, use of indoor and outdoor facilities. We have white linens available for $5/table. If you would like to bring your own table coverings, you are welcome to do so. We also collect a $200 refundable damage deposit. If more time is necessary than the 4 hours - additional time is charged at $100/hour. New rules have been put into place as a result of Covid19. We can no longer allow you to bring food from a personal household kitchen. All food must be provided by a licensed/insured caterer which does include professional caterers, restaurants, delis, grocery delis and food trucks. If serving alcohol, event insurance and a bartender/pour service are required. I would be happy to schedule an appointment with you for a tour. The only days that do not work for me are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Thanks, have a great day.
