Craigslist
Please keep in mind getting puppies off of any unrecognized shelter/breeder does lead to many concerns. Remember most in home breeders do not get the dogs checked for any sort of medical condition. Also remember that the price you pay at shelters and breeders not only covers medical but also spay/neuter, microchip, legal paperwork, and many other benefits. When buying at a local shelter you are also able to save many other animals that are in need of loving homes. Please always try to adopt and not shop.
Yea Craigslist would be the best place to look if that doesn't work then I would just Google free puppies near me and hopefully that make bring something up
