I’ve come here on 3 separate occasions to get my birth certificate fixed and each time I come they tell me a new reason why they can’t fix it. I wouldn’t be so upset, but the wait list for a new appointment (bc for some reason you can’t just walk in) is MONTHS long. Honestly they’re just trash here. Pick a different job if you can’t be competent in this one… it’s really not that hard.

They were amazing for my husband!! After fighting a YEAR (yes paid and all) colorado public health had a million excuses why they wouldnt give my husband his Birth certificate yet one single attempt with Jefferson county and bam they put it in the mail same day yall were a life saver for sure!

Hard to communicate with. You have to call several times for simple service such as birth certificate. Also, the website is not very helpful in how to contact via email or so.

Where can I get a death certificate of my benefactor who passed away in 2005. Since my friend was a Denver resident and died in Denver, I was told I had to go to the vital statistics office in Denver. Can I get one at the Jeffco courthouse bldg?
