Currently there is a wait list to see the animals. It's first some first serve. They only allow a few people at a time. Here's the website below https://foothillsanimalshelter.org/services/adopt/
The price for animals vary based on age, somewhere in the $150-500 range. At least for cats, it was $20 to put one on hold for 24 hours.
