Foothills has a vet there.... Most of the time. And they used to house birds. So they're not a bad start
Many times when birds fly into windows they go into shock, a bird will not fly when it is shock. Put it into a box, and just let it be for an hour or so, when in shock a bird will just there with its wings one or both just kind of hanging down after the shock wears off they will usually fly away
Greenwood Wildlife Rehab is a great option but they do not have transports that come to pick up the animals, you would have to bring the bird to them.
