I picked up a rescue dog approximately 3 weeks ago she has explosive diarrhea and loosing her hair and has lost at least 4-5 pounds this has been going on for the last 4 days I didn’t sleep last night because of the diarrhea what should I do

Take the dog to the vet. The animal shelter should have given you some paperwork about the vet coverage available to you as part of adoption. It will cover some amount of whatever is wrong.

They give you a $250 vet check card. Use it at the vets in the program.

Table Mountain Vet might be a good place.

Maybe parvo? Maybe stress? Definitely make a vet visit.
