Not sure about the other answers but yes there may be some crack heads here in the park but they keep to them selves so why make it a big deal. The laundry rooms are nice and newly remodeled. The bathrooms need some work and cleaning but over all not the worst. They also have a gym and two pools you have access to. I think that it's worth the $895 monthly rent.
Check it out for yourself, the staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Maybe the other people that answered should move if it's so bad
To much go across the street, unless you like watching a bunch of drunk drug addicts
Not sure of price, they go up daily. Very pricey for a slab of concrete, and a nasty, run down laundry room. No other amenities. To sum it up, it sucks. Company from Chicago is only money hungry.
