You have two options, you can either make the reservations via Google. Search for the park on Google and underneath the listing there is a reservations option. Or you can just show up find an empty spot ( 30 or 50 amp) get comfy and you can leave your info in the after hours check in by the front office. Whenever the office opens they'll get the info and give you a call or come visit your campsite. $200 deposit to move in and rent is around $895 a month but some spots are more expensive. If there are cars parked in your way in the empty spot just knock on doors and ask people to move them....

The actually trailer park is one that you have to buy the trailer and pay a morgague not rent.

Not sure about the other answers but yes there may be some crack heads here in the park but they keep to them selves so why make it a big deal. The laundry rooms are nice and newly remodeled. The bathrooms need some work and cleaning but over all not the worst. They also have a gym and two pools you have access to. I think that it's worth the $895 monthly rent.
