So megan the cashier asked if i wanted our white towels in a bag??.. really??.. in my shopping why wouldnt i, there freaking white!... Smh... No customer service skills at all.... Disappointed

BBBY has decided to focus on internet sales as opposed to brick and morter. Sounds like Megan is a new associate that has not been properly trained.
