The Grand Central post office is open Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM and on Saturday from 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM. During the day, you can stand on the main line OR on the line for stamps and money orders only. Check to see what window this line is located. Note: At some time later in the day or evening, you may stand on the main line only, depending on the number of clerks available. The later the hour, the slower it can become as clerks leave for the day. However, those who remain are courteous, helpful and efficient.
