Do you like the cake there?

I went to the forest hills location for the first time today. I was so surprised to see so many people at a bakery shop on a regular normal day. I asked the hostess if the vegan/gluten free cakes were sweetened with regular sugar cane, she said yes. I was so sad because I was looking to buy a vegan/gluten-free cake for my husband’s birthday, but the sweetener have to be agave, fruit juice or stevia. I decided to buy a few slices of the vegan/gluten-free carrot cake and Aldo a slice of the strawberry cheesecake just to try it even though I am not allowed to eat regular cane sugar of any kind, (brown nor white). Story short, I ate the carrot cake and I couldn’t stop saying to myself how delicious this cake was, better than a regular carrot cake, so moist and yummy tasting. I gave the vegan/gluten-free cheese cake to my friend and he couldn’t believe how delicious this dessert is. I just wish I was able to find a cake that will be completely healthy for my husband. 🙏🏽🎂

It is truly a world class bakery! Everything is good. The line is hours long at Thanksgiving every year. U have to order ahead at that time.
