how to close a chocolate babka that was too hot to seal in store? what does "peel" mean??

I would assume peel means simply pull apart If it was too hot I would have just waited for it to cool down a bit. Or they could have put it in a box with lid open, it would travel that way Hope this helped, I too was a little stumped on their definition of "peel" lol
