I went to the forest hills location for the first time today. I was so surprised to see so many people at a bakery shop on a regular normal day. I asked the hostess if the vegan/gluten free cakes were sweetened with regular sugar cane, she said yes. I was so sad because I was looking to buy a vegan/gluten-free cake for my husband’s birthday, but the sweetener have to be agave, fruit juice or stevia. I decided to buy a few slices of the vegan/gluten-free carrot cake and Aldo a slice of the strawberry cheesecake just to try it even though I am not allowed to eat regular cane sugar of any kind, (brown nor white). Story short, I ate the carrot cake and I couldn’t stop saying to myself how delicious this cake was, better than a regular carrot cake, so moist and yummy tasting. I gave the vegan/gluten-free cheese cake to my friend and he couldn’t believe how delicious this dessert is. I just wish I was able to find a cake that will be completely healthy for my husband. 🙏🏽🎂

Large barriers and a snaking line. They have a set number of customers they'll let in at a time. Its slow going but I thought their system was rather effective in keeping people socially distanced.

I suppose eliminating the word Country from the name is simpler. It urbanizes it.

There are different prices, for portions one can serve it right there with a coffee or take it home ... now if something is required for a meeting, it can be ordered by size and there are different prices. The only thing that I can guarantee you that although the desserts cost a little, the quality and the taste are delicious. Particularly when we buy one for my son's birthday when he comes of age, we order several servings and at home we taste them calmly and decide which one to choose.
