Give back the drink that you didn't like. Manager will issue a refund for you.

Call them or go back and get your money back. In addition talk to Manager too.

They would remake the order if it is not to your liking or issue a refund if that is what you would like

If u aren't happy they will remake it or refund your money

Thank you guys! I really don’t know what to do. Staff are so nice and really serve good and it’s not their fault there’s no blackberries. But I’m really disgusted with my TR Berry Hibiscus without BB. I just asked Caramel Mchiatto and the staff gladly gave me.
