Really impressed with the amenities and the staff is unbelievable. Two fantastic pools, tennis/pickleball courts with a staff who keeps the areas in immaculate condition. Cannot say enough about how well they have treated me. Josh has built a great team in the clubhouse, all of which truly care for the customer and are willing to help with any problem. I really respect them as a company and enjoy seeing them when I need to go in to the office. Great team who takes pride in their work! Congrats Marea!

Just want to take the time to give a shout out to Sierra Lozano for doing such an excellent job at the leasing office for Marea. I’ve lived here 5 yrs and thus far she has been the best. She keeps her word and does not forget things! Monica Rodriguez has also been super helpful from the leadership position. Super friendly, professional and quick to answer questions and easy to communicate with. 5 Stars.

I am giving 5 stars for the friendly and compassionate service we received when we were looking for a new home last month. I had been offered a job, signed a lease, and then negotiations for the employment contract fell through. Taylor and Josh were so kind and understanding and gave the sense that they really wanted to help every step of the way. Although I had already signed a legally binding contract, they were gracious and allowed me to cancel. This shows that there is genuine human sensitivity and they are not just trying to make money wherever they can, even though we are all financially suffering during this pandemic. I do wish we could have lived there. The 2-bedroom unit we had reserved had a darling layout, stellar patio, and the short walk to the beach was a major attraction. You can feel confident that if you move here, the management team will do everything they can to make you feel happy and comfortable.

I’ve lived here for over a year and it’s been my favorite apartment I have ever rented, hands down. It’s a good community vibe, not too much noise from neighbors, and the newly renovated units are top notch. The best part though has been the staff at the leasing office. Taylor was a blast when we moved in the first time, and Alexa was a major help when we upgraded to a two bedroom a few weeks ago. The maintenance and facilities team is speedy in response if anything needs to be addressed, and our dog has a bunch of dog friends in the neighborhood. Overall, I don’t plan to leave any time soon.
