We're looking to rent. I like the location but notice the units and community room are in need of updating. Are there any units that have been remodeled and what do they look like? Any kitchens with white cabinetry and granite?

This place is a mess. Constant construction. Main pool is closed. Loud repairs early mornings almost every morning. Also rats run rampant here!

Yes, they have updated units. They're renovating quite a lot right now.
