Starbucks was filthy, dust, trash on floor and the floors where sticky and black in some places. It seems that all Starbuks ar ed dirty.

Terrible service. Ordered a coffee and a muffin. Asked for a Christmas blend coffee-none brewed. Got an alternative coffee and it was luke warm. Ask for a hot cup. Got my coffee, but no muffin. Asked three times-it's coming was the response three times as well. I finally left. Thanks for nothing uncaring barista. You had one job....

I have never received such good service from a Starbucks in my life like I received at this one today. The people were fast and helpful and they even answered questions for me about the drinks and modified them for me.

Give back the drink that you didn't like. Manager will issue a refund for you.
There’s a drive thru but since the shop is in PCH after a traffic light it’s hard to see the sign that tells do not enter. What you do is enter thru PCH/Granada and enter the D-Thru from the back of the shop.
