It was actually raised In Jan due to local AEP electric rate hikes (I believe), $425 plus $25 each additional person for water costs is what i was told. It's a good place to be in an RV. Not many options around here besides state parks, and they only take campers, smaller RVs, anything over 30ft isn't permitted at those. I'm staying here currently Steve.
It is $425.00 a month plus 25 dollars for additional people. Very Quiet and the management is friendly and eager to address any concerns you may have. Also close to town.
