It varies by trailer size. But there is no water bill and am electric allowance is included. If you go over the allowance then you get a bill for the overage. You don't have to get a meter or anything though.

You are lucky enough for them trailers to have all 4 outer walls let alone sectioned off rooms and running water at that meth invested place

From what I've heard and understand they are rent to own now and you have to pay a good down payment. 4,000$-5,000$.

Depending on how many rooms. It can be anywhere from $120 - $200 a week. With up to $75 alloted in utilities. Anything over that you pay the difference.
