This was a clean and well laid out community. Inside the homes are also laid out nicely and since it is newly opened there is not any wear and tear yet. I do not know their policies regarding handicapped ramps and/or accessories inside the homes. They may provide them or require the homeowner to select them and then compensate them for the cost.

Nothing has been answered here. Can you rent or do you buy, if so, what is the price or rent. What are the fees what is included in the fees. Need a lot to be answered, hope you can help.

All trailer's are bought. Lot fees are 825 per month which includes sewer,water and trash pickup
