Tell the caseworkers to actually help people .and answer the phone..if they ANSWER the phone they never let you speak to your caseworker they transfer you to a recording they says experiencing high call volume call back another time.

And no I can't just run down there and drop off PAYSTUBS I dont have a car and have to take a long bus ride which is difficult in sub freezing temperatures!!

If you mail ANYTHING to any DHHR, get Delivery Confirmation at the Post office. Its like 85 cents. So they cant lose it accidentally on purpose. I understand they have tons of paperwork. But our lives depend upon them recieving & logging in our information. EDIT: SINCE COVID I CAN'T GET ANYTHING ACCOMPLISHED. And I also have did the certified mail, and they still say they didn't get it. Totally ridiculous that one child gets insurance and the other doesn't. We all live together. My kids need insurance! This is absolutely unacceptable.

I did do the certified had proof they got it and still told me they didn’t I had proof it was signed and said if we don’t get it’s not our fault and I brought up they signed and was still told it was my fault!
