They’ve held onto my leer cap for two months without any updates, then when I call say it’s still sitting at their shop and has never been sent out for warranty. They said this would take a month. Also, they say they open at 8, but a direct quote from the man that answers the phone, “workers don’t show up till 9, you wouldn’t want me putting your cap on.” Maybe list your hours as 9-6 then. Bad customer service, and just bad service overall. If you have an option, choose somewhere else.

So i have a building they keep wanting to repo due to fact im tired of paying on it ive paid my monthly payments for last 4-5 years and have found they are screwing everyone on buildings one time i was told $600 n some to pay off i call back in not even a week later to pay it off and get told its 1800 to pay it off ive paid more then whats its worth and longer then the contract from Charleston store will not recommend anyone buy from here and my inlaws let their building go back because same issue with wanting almost triple agreed price after paying for 4 years now

Hello Melissa, I am actually horrified as I read about your issue. Our normal process is to go above and beyond for ALL customers, I would think that to be especially true with members of our community with special needs. I will be passing your issue along to the District Manager and Sales Director so they may act accordingly so this type of incident and attitude does not ever happen again. Do let us know if you would like me to have the District Manager contact you to go over the issue and get more clarity to communicate to all of our staff that any behavior like this is simply not tolerated. Again I do apologize and would like to assure you that this is not normal for us to not offer help to anyone that visits our properties, websites, or anything associated with the name Leonard.
