I was instructed to just show up for intake, by my doctor. Everyone is correct, you can not get a call back when leaving a message. I haven’t started services yet. My anxiety is facilitating my panic attacks, just reading these reviews and I really need continuity for my needs. I have a Psychiatrist, Trauma Therapist and Primary Physician for support and will rely on their assistance, cause from these reviews I am left befuddled. I need as much support I can obtain. Yet I’m wary of Presteria (past reviews & Star ratings.) This jury is still out!! News at 11. P.S. I am a Level 6 Google Guide and will be writing a review!! Stay tuned!

I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve been to over 10 different mental health facilities due to moving a lot. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to, I sincerely hope whom ever reads this realizes that if they care about their mental health at all this is definitely the worst place for assistance. 8 out of 10 times my psychiatrist would “forget” to prescribe one or multiple new medications, and since it wasn’t in the system there was “nothing they could do about it.” No matter how many times I would call, go up there and try to ask someone, etc absolutely nothing would happen. I had such bad withdrawals from this situation happening (it happened multiple times) that I would be sweating, shaking, and in complete agony from head to toe. These people do not care and it saddens me to wonder how badly they’ve affected already struggling people’s lives. This wasn’t with just one psychiatrist either, I tried three different ones here, one was tolerable however it didn’t matter because the front desk is so unorganized they would also “forget” to put my appointments in the system and even though I had a signed slip saying I had an appointment at a certain time and day it wouldn’t matter. I also had many other issues with them including billing, and overall horrible treatment. I am begging whoever reads this not to go here.

Went for therapy in fall of 2019, I went for about 3-5 sessions my last appointment was canceled never was able to reschedule. I provided insurance yet they never notified me wether it was accepted or not, never sent invoice to me When I went in 2019 just now getting a bill with late fees adding up to $600 in 2021 tried to call billing to dispute and they never pick up and leave me on voicemail. They never notified me of copay or any billing Information. You’re supposed to be notified or mailed bills and every time you receive a late fee and I received nothing but a bill almost two years later for a cash grab. It’s a scam and preys on those who need help. Stay. Away. From. Prestera.
