Can you park a rv there and live there year round

I think they close up the RV park in the winter.

The maximum stay is two weeks. You could leave and come back, I suppose but as far as I know there aren't any water hookups for campers. They also shut the water off in the winter.

Yes, camping is available there year round. But I don't think they'd let you stay for the whole year, so you'd have to come back intermittently throughout the year.
