Clean, professional, trustworthy and always on time. I had kitchen with old tiles, bedroom with old carpet, and living room old hard woods. They all replaced it. Basically my entire first floor. It was done perfectly and I have had nothing but compliments on their flooring installations job. Highly recommend these contractors.

If I could have an option of 0 stars that's what I would give. They sent out "empire today". It's a total scam. The guy was very unprofessional. Came in did measurements, sat right in my lazy boy, didn't ask can I have a seat or sit at my table... I heard a dog barking and went to look, he brought his dog, gets up and let it into my house. Very unprofessional. Then was pressuring me to buy the product that day cause he makes commission and drove from Findley ohio to my place which if I didn't buy it that day it would be a waste of his gas and mileage..... over 4,000. All I asked was time to think since it was a big deal. I had to use an excuse to get him out of my home. He came back 45 minutes later, and I had my husband tell him to leave from the ring camera.

Best price, and more importantly, best customer service in town. The flooring contractors were knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. From ordering, to delivery, to installation, the entire team was just terrific to work with. I purchased a house full of wood flooring and carpet and could not be more pleased with the end results! Kudos to the team for their care and quality work. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them on future flooring projects.

Flooring Contractors Springfield should be the only company to call when you want your floors done. They demo and installed Vinyl plank flooring in which they completed my entire home in 5 days. Couldn't be happier with the results!!!
