There are park rangers there. The highest ranking ranger on duty is the manager.
If you are asking about the reservoir, it is run by Ohio Department of Natural Resources not the county.
Not sure but u can stop at ranger station where campers ck in... since a state park... u can go online if u want to tt someone specific
