There is potable water. You would need to provide your own wash basin and rinse bucket. The showers are 2 outdoor wooden enclosures. They're actually quite nice, with 2 caveats: they get locked around 8pm and sometimes the water is lukewarm at best. I usually take a solar shower kit, which gets quite warm.
Showers are now avalible 24hrs with a combo lock and still lukewarm wish I had a solar shower to use in the enclosure bc it's a very nice outdoor shower just cold lol
