They obviously do not know how to run a business and horrible customer service. Instead of just taking something off the bill we did not order, they stood there and argued with me. Definitely not professional people working there. Food was horrible

This is the BEST Diner in Union the horrible one is The Union Plaza Diner since taken over by new owners. The Mark Twain is the BEST

Every situation is different. Was the dish served? Was it eaten? Was it sent back immediately? You're leveling very vague accusations.

They didn't take off the bill with me either, and I found a piece of metal in my food. I could of swallowed it. They just made a new dish. They should of taken it off the bill. They did not do the right thing. But service is great. The servers accommodate me. I still go their. The other thing that bothers me is that they took away the paper towels in the bathroom and that spreads germs around, so I have to bring in Napkins so I don't have to touch the faucet and doorknobs.
