My first time buy BobβS Furniture,, I buy a lot of stuff and the delivery so late,,,,they say 4-6 week but I wait more then that didnβt receive all my stuff,..they say delivery already but I dont have stuff ,I have to call them,,,I donβt know when I gonna receive my stuffβ¦when u guy buy have to be carefulβ¦.wasted my time β¦and make me really mad

We had a Bob's mattress delivered and were told at delivery the platform frame we ordered was coming from the manufacturer separate, despite our receipt saying it would come with mattress. Guess what, manufacturer is out of stock and none expected for over a month. We cancelled platform frame order and found another one online that was delivered in less than a week. Bob's thought we would be fine throwing the mattress on the floor I guess.
