I, for one, respectfully disagree. I had a bad experience where the chicken salad club sandwich was like eating mayonnaise out of the jar. The waitress could not follow directions and was inattentive as well as rude. When ordering a simple hamburger as a replacement it took almost a half hour!! Everybody in my party was finished eating. Almost like it was done on purpose bc the original dish was returned.

I have been to Mark Twain Diner and I have constantly sent my utensils back silverware knife Fork and Spoon was always dirty ask for plastic to be sure it was wrapped and it was clean that is my experience I don't know about yours
Have never been disappointed with food or service at Mark Twain Diner. Aside from consistently fresh and delicious food, clean and comfortable dining area and friendly prompt service, their prices are so reasonable for the generous portion sizes.
