If that's the story. They will follow that and try to get proof for it. Write a letter saying that you're no longer welcome at x place and make her sign it.

A letter stating you have to leave is very helpful. That is the key to getting help from PATH.

Path does an investigation of where you were prior to you coming there. In most cases they city will offer to pay rent for you to remain in the home. Your mother must provide a letter stating you can no longer reside there, and if possible provide proof of the program she is receiving. Basically you and tour mother must prove that you staying with her was temporary and can jeopardize her housing.

So thatz the only way path will help me? Even tho my mother is on a program and im not suppose to live there?

Ms.Dee the only way you can get elgible to path is with an eviction notice because they feel you have enough room to stay at your mother's house rather your mother don't want you there or not. Your mother have to do it the legal way. sorry hun
