Currently pregnant. Due in 3 weeks and need a Domestic Partnership & have been living with my bf for almost 2yrs. Problem is that our address doesn’t match. Will I need to show proof that we live in the same address?

I don't think you have to have the same address to get the Domestic Partnership you just have to the same ID if he has social security card then you have to have that so can get the Domestic Partnership and cost about$35 to$40
