That's not true..but it also depends on your case and your situation. That determines which floors you have to go too.

No each floor takes a different part or issue. You'll most likely see 2 or 3 of the floors. But expect to be there all day and go early. These people dont hand over 10 days to unlimited housing help without being thorough.
