Nope. Not unless your mother takes you off her welfare case and evicts you, and has a certified letter stating you can no longer live with her. And remember path is a family emergency shelter. Good Luck
No once you go to path and they run your social they will see that u have a address with a open case she need to remove you off the case and give you a letter that you can't live there
