I have a 4 month old and live with my mother, I am on her lease but I get verbally abused by a family member. I no longer want to live here and my mother refuses to take me off of her lease, will I be found eligible if I go to Path?

Get police report then taking it saying u feel unsafe at home

I understand that but I even get threatened, I have no where else to go with my baby , I don’t feel safe

Since you technically have a place to live, path will not be able to help you. Path only helps those who have been evicted, "kicked out" or homeless.
